Found something? Read SECURITY.md first; it lays out the disclosure path and PGP key. Email security@espadafirewall.com. We respond within 1 business day; remediate within 7 for Sev-1, 30 for Sev-2.

Procurement & vendor security

Pre-filled answers to the common questionnaire items live at docs/compliance/security-questionnaire-package.md . For anything not covered, email compliance@espadafirewall.com.

Support (existing customers)

Paid customers and pilots have a dedicated Slack channel. If you need to reach support via email, support@espadafirewall.com. Sev-1 incidents receive a response within 4 hours, 24x7.
